1. Log in to your Outlook account at https://outlook.office365.com/calendar
2. Click the Gear Icon on the top right
3. Select “View all Outlook settings”
4. Select “Calendar” and then “Shared Calendars”
5. Navigate to “Publish a calendar” and select “Calendar”
6. Select “Can view all details”
7. Select “Publish”
8. Click on the link labeled “ICS”
9. Click “Download”
10. Log in to Zimbra at zimbra.ossds.net
11. Navigate to “Preferences”
12. Navigate to “Import/Export”
13. Select “Choose File” and pick the file you just downloaded.
14. Select “Import”
15. Your Calendar should now be imported
