This is a guide to show you how to use the client portal to transfer a domain out of our systems.
Instructions
- Login to the client portal: www.ossds.com/clientarea.php
- Click the Domains card on the front page
- Select the domain from the list
- If it does not show the following error at the top of the page, then it is locked. If it is not locked, skip to step 5.
If it is locked, click "Registrar lock" in the left sidebar link at the bottom of the page
Click the disable registrar lock button
- Click "Get EPP Code" at the bottom of the left sidebar
- Use the epp code produced above to transfer the domain.
