The instructions are written for Android 4.0.  If you are running a different version there will be some slight differences in the steps to setup your email account.

Steps:
   1: On your Android Home screen, tap the Settings icon
   2: Tap Accounts & Sync
   3: Tap Add account
   4: Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
   5: Enter your Email address and Password to add an account:
        Email address - This is your company email address, for example user@domain.com.
        Password - This is your Zimbra password, which is the same one used for the Zimbra Web Client.
   6: Tap on Manual Setup
   7: Enter server settings:
        Domain\Username - If your email address is user@company.com, you would input company.com\user in this field.
        Password - This field should already be populated with the password you inputed in step 5.
            Server - mail.ossds.net
            Use secure Connection (SSL) - checked
   8: Tap on next
   9: Adjust settings as desired the tap Next
   10: Name the account as desired and then tap Done.
