In order to use the Zimbra Admin Panel at https://zimbra.ossds.net:7071 or the admin panel on your private server, you will need the "admin" role assigned to your Zimbra account.
If you are using an OSSDS managed Zimbra server, please open a ticket to request this role.
If you are managing your organization's private Zimbra server hosted at OSSDS, then follow these steps using the command line of your server.
Log in as root and then su - zimbra to become the zimbra user.
root # su - zimbra
As the zimbra user, assign the admin role
zimbra $ zxsuite admin doAddDelegationSettings itadmin@kno-how.com kno-how.com
In this example, the Zimbra email user itadmin@kno-how.com now has a limited admin role for the domain kno-how.com
There are elevated roles for Zimbra domain admins including the viewMail and adminQuota
