We make every effort possible to ensure your OSSDS products are performing to industry standards.  That include running these products on certified and approved hardware platforms. We do not customize or modify these off-the-shelf products. OSSDS works closely with many Managed Services Providers (MSP) that provide customizations, on-going training, on-site support, data migration services, and additional support. Please see our partners page for more information. You may also elect to use your existing MSP partner to support the OSSDS products hosted in our datacenter.

If you are not supported by an MSP and need assistance on an OSSDS product, please call, email or open a ticket via our integrated ticketing system by logging into our customer support portal.
